Unfortunately they don't offer much help in marketing your shop or making it look any better than the plain stock layout they provide. I have a CafePress tshirt shop, do you offer help and templates for CP?
No. And we never will. We have used CafePress and many other fullfillment partners before and we strongly believe that if you want to run a successfull company, and not just a hobby...that Spreadshrt is the way to go. While its completely possible to make a big profit with CafePress, the quality of the products is really bad, their customer service is horrible and they don't offer anywhere near the features and capabilities that Spreadshirt offers. If you are a current CP shopkeeper or if you don't have an online tshirt shop yet we urge you to try Spreadshirt and see the difference.
Is SpreadsterZone.com owned by Spreadshirt?
No. As you can read in our about page, this website is owned by Polyester Base, LLC based in Atlanta, GA. We are not affiliated with Spreadshirt in any way other than that we love their service and have tremendous success running Spreadshirt tshirt shops of our own. Spreadshirt does not pay us in any way to operate this site, and we do not use any affilliate or pay per click services with any of the links on this site.
A "Spreadster" is a term coined by Spreadshirt to describe a Spreadshirt shop owner. Hence, SpreadsterZone is a place for Spreadshirt shop owners.
Do I need to know HTML or web design to use your templates?
Not at all. Our templates are designed so that anyone can install them. They are super easy and designed to just copy and paste into your shop and be ready to go. We provide detailed instructions and provide email support if you run into any problems.
Why don't you offer pre-made templates anymore?
The
Spreadshirt shop platform is constantly evolving and improving; because
of this it has become unmanageable to continue to update our pre-made templates.
Spreadshirt also now offers many different options when it comes to the
layout of your shop, thus each template needs to be made to work with the
layout that the shop owner has chosen. We offer custom templates so that
we can create a unique template that fits your needs, and that is designed
to work with the most current Spreadshirt shop requirements and layouts.
Also, we have found that the majority of shop owners want a completely unique
template design, not one that looks like several others.
You can download any of our old pre-made templates for free, but we do not
provide support for them and you will no doubt have to make changes to them
in order to get them to work with the new Spreadshirt layouts. Click here

Our t-shirt designs are all vector images saved in .eps format. EPS vector files are the only file format accepted by Spreadshirt for plot printing. Plot Printing is used to design your tshirts with flock or flex printing techniques which we reccommend as the only way to design t-shirts in your Spreadshirt shop. Do I have to edit the tshirt designs before I can use them in my shop?
No. Our tshirt designs are ready to go. Just upload them to the designs section of your shop and await approval from Spreadshirt. Each of our designs has been tested and approved by Spreadshirt staff to ensure that you won't have a problem getting them accepted for use in your shop. You can, of course alter the images if you wish, but it is not requried. If you do alter them be sure to follow the Spreadshirt guidelines of how to create vectors so that they will be approved with your changes.
I'm looking for a tshirt design of Barrack Obama, can you make me one?
Probably not. If you need a custom tshirt design then email us and let us know. We'll either quote you a price for the custom design if it's something we want to take on, or we'll recommend someone who can create it for you.
I need help with something that isn't explained in your tutorials. Can you help me?
You can always email us and ask us a question. We get a lot of questions everyday so if someone doesn't reply to you right away just hang in there and we will respond as soon as we can. If your question is something that we think would make a great tutorial we will usually create a new tutorial around it and post it to this site. You'll be emailed a link to the tutorial to let you know you were answered.
Will you take a look at my website & let me know what I need to change?
We get a lot of requests from people who want us to look over their website and tell them what needs to change, or what they can do better to get more sales. 80% of these sites are horrible, unimaginative, and completely unprofessionally designed sites. If you already know that your site needs lots of work, then take a look at our tutorials and try to make some changes yourself before you ask us to evaluate your site. We are more than happy to take a look for free and try to help you out, but if you want a complete evaluation of your site including SEO tips then contact us and we'll quote you a consultation fee.
Do you offer returns or refunds on your products?
Because of the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or returns. Downloadable or emailed goods such as our custom Spreadshirt templates are impossible to return and there is no guarantee that they won't still be used.
How can I be sure your products will work in my shop?
Our T-shirt Designs are guaranteed to get approval for use in your shop. If for any reason Spreadshirt does not approve our file we can work with you and Spreadshirt to make sure that it gets approved.
Custom Shop Templates are designed to work in the Spreadshirt shop platform you specified, either .COM or .NET. Detailed instructions are included with each template and if followed correctly you should have no problem installing your template into your shop. You can email us at any time if you require help and we will work with you and Spreadshirt to get your template successfully installed.
